WHAT WE NEED FOR A REFUND

Returns will not be accepted if the removable, fragile security tag on the stem of the glasses is damaged or removed.

The shipment/invoice issued for the product to be returned must be visible on the package (with all copies),

  1. PRODUCT TO BE RETURNED

    a- The return of products whose packaging is worn out, wiping cloth gelatin is opened, the product is used, destroyed, warranty certificate is worn out, FRANCO VITAL SECURITY LOCK is opened, etc. cannot be accepted. The reminder note about the safety lock is also shared with our valued customers during shipment with the product packaging.

    b- The product to be returned must be delivered within 14 days as received, complete and undamaged with standard accessories.

  1. DELIVERY NOTE / INVOICE OF THE PRODUCT TO BE RETURNED

    a- For the return process, the delivery note / invoice of the product must be sent.

ABOUT OTHER TERMS and RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES

a- If the product / products you want to return are defective, if they are sent by our contracted cargo companies, the shipping fee is covered by our company.

b- If the products received by our Quality Assurance department are delivered in accordance with the return conditions, the refund of the product amounts will be processed within 3 business days at the latest after the product reaches us. You will be informed about your return process via e-mail sent by our teams. The time for the refund to be reflected in your account is at the discretion of your bank. Refunds made to the credit card are reflected in the account within 7-10 days.

c- The refund of the refund to your credit card by your bank is made according to your payment method (in installments or in advance). Reflecting the refund to your credit card in installments is entirely your bank’s practice. You can get detailed information from your bank on the subject.

d- You can send the products you will return free of charge with Domestic Cargo.

SHIPMENT OF THE PRODUCT TO BE RETURNED

The product to be returned can only be received by the cargo companies we have contracted. Apart from this, the return of the products that reach our hands with any other cargo company and the transportation cost will not be accepted.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Dear customers, you can cancel your orders that you have placed incorrectly or have given up. Sometimes mails are checked late due to the intensity. There is a possibility that the product has been shipped. If the product has not been shipped in the cancellation process, the entire fee is refunded by the method you perform the transaction.
