Online Shopping Cancellation and Return Conditions

Our company protects consumer rights and prioritizes after-sales customer satisfaction.

Any dissatisfaction, production-related issue, or service-related problem you may experience regarding products purchased from our online store is carefully evaluated and resolved as soon as possible.

The conditions required for us to provide better and faster service regarding product returns are listed below. If any of these conditions are missing, the product return will not be accepted.

Return Requirements

Returns cannot be accepted if the removable and fragile security label on the temple of the glasses is damaged or removed.

The delivery note or invoice issued for the returned product must be visible on the package and sent together with all copies.

Return transactions for orders invoiced to institutions cannot be completed unless a return invoice is issued.

The return process must be initiated through the defect and return request form.

Product to Be Returned

Returns cannot be accepted for products whose packaging is worn, cleaning cloth seal is opened, product is used or damaged, warranty certificate is worn, or FRANCO VITAL security lock is opened.

A reminder note regarding the security lock is shared with customers in the product packaging during shipment.

The product to be returned must be delivered within 14 days in the condition in which it was received, complete and undamaged with its standard accessories.

Delivery Note / Invoice of the Returned Product

The delivery note or invoice of the product must be sent for the return process.

Other Conditions and Return Shipping Fees

If the product or products you wish to return are defective, the shipping fee is covered by our company when sent through our contracted cargo companies.

If products received by our Quality Assurance department comply with the return conditions, the refund will be processed within 3 business days at the latest from receipt of the product by us.

You will be informed about your return process via email sent by our teams. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account is at your bank’s discretion. Refunds to credit cards generally appear within 7-10 days.

Your bank refunds the amount to your credit card according to your payment method, either in installments or as a single payment. Reflection of the refund to your credit card in installments is entirely your bank’s practice.

You can send the products you wish to return free of charge via Yurtiçi Kargo.

Sending the Returned Product

The product to be returned can only be received by Yurtiçi Kargo, our contracted cargo company. Returns and transportation costs for products delivered to us through any other cargo company will not be accepted.

Returns must always be made with the original box or packaging.

Returns are not accepted for products whose original box or packaging is damaged, which have lost their resaleability, or which cannot be purchased by another customer.

Products with cargo labels attached directly to the original box or whose box is taped with shipping tape are not accepted.

The original delivery note must be sent together with the product you wish to return, including all copies in your possession.

If the product or products you wish to return are defective, the shipping fee is covered by our company. In this case, shipment must still be made through the contracted cargo company. In other cases, the shipping fee belongs to the customer.

Order Cancellation

Dear customers, you may cancel orders that were placed incorrectly or that you no longer wish to proceed with.

Due to operational intensity, emails may sometimes be checked late, and the product may already have been shipped.

For cancellations, if the product has not been shipped, the full amount is refunded through the payment method used for the transaction.
